FOIA.io is provided "as is." The platform may experience downtime, bugs, or incomplete features, especially during beta. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and records.
Your Responsibilities
- ✓ Keep your login credentials secure.
- ✓ Enter accurate information for deadline calculations.
- ✓ Use the platform lawfully and without disrupting service operations.
- ✓ Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with platform operations.
Liability
FOIA.io is not responsible for: missed FOIA deadlines, agency decisions or delays, loss of data due to user error, or outcomes of your reporting or legal actions.
Changes
Features, functionality, and policies may change as the platform evolves. Continued use means you accept those changes. Notice will be provided when material changes occur.
